Feasibility study on introduction of e-Learning in the state government of Thüringen

The report deals with the introduction of e-learning in the state government of Thüringen. The feasibility study conducted for the project had the aim of identifying possible discrepancies between the project goals and existing insights.

On the one hand, a technical scientific analysis and corresponding research were conducted in which the term e-learning and the requirements for operating an e-learning system were defined and the specific situation of the units involved in the project was analysed. A strategical market analysis was also conducted on e-learning. On the other hand, experiences were gathered using a practical example of a learning platform provided for a limited period.
