About the handbook
Evaluation is a complex issue, and approaches to and opinions on the evaluation of e-learning differ substantially. This is why this handbook does not provide a “simple formula”. Instead, it is designed to show which decisions you will have to make during the evaluation and helps you to plan your approach. It also provides specific instruments (such as questionnaires) which you can use to collect data.
