Introduction to project evaluation

This handbook is useful on two fronts when it comes to project evaluation:

Firstly, it supports you during the design of the evaluation and in answering those questions relevant to the evaluation. It shows which steps belong to the evaluation process and guides you through this process.

evaluation process

The logical procedure involving planning, executing, and analyzing an evaluation.

Secondly, the framework model on which the handbook is based also takes the project process into account, which makes it easier to make the link between evaluation and project management.

project process

The project process structures the different phases of a => project, from project planning through development and the pilot phase to implementation.

Please check the framework model for project evaluation, information on the evaluation levels and the chapter structure first before you begin with the evaluation.
