Sustainability

The issue of sustainability can be addressed at the end of the project, or some time later:

• At the end of the project, the project representatives can be asked about (anticipated) difficulties in transfer of the project into practice in order to provide any support measures deemed necessary. Examples for questions about sustainability (doc, 26 kB, in German)
• Some time after the end of the projects, it can be examined whether the transfer of the project results into practice has been successful (if necessary, this follow-up survey can be repeated also at various intervals, for example six months, one year or two years after the end of the project). The object of such a survey can be the actual usage, but it can be also the distribution of the product (is it also used in other courses?) whether the lecturers and tutors work with the product on a daily basis, and whether support, maintenance and updates, etc. are provided as routine.
