Feasibility study on introduction of e-Learning in the state government of Thüring

The report deals with the introduction of e-learning in the state government of Thüringen. The feasibility study conducted for the project  aimed to identify possible discrepancies between the project goals and existing insights.

On the one hand, a technical-scientific analysis and corresponding research were conducted in which the term e-learning and the requirements of operating an e-learning system were defined and the specific situation of the units involved in the project was analysed. A strategical market analysis was also conducted on e-learning. On the other hand, experiences were collected using a practical example of a learning platform provided for a limited period.
