Contents: Practical tips on the planning and performing of evaluations, information about evaluation instruments, guidelines to presentation of results and best practices of evaluation projects.
http://www.ed.gov/pubs/EdTechGuide/index.htm This handbook was created in the USA in 1998 on the instructions of the US Department of Education. Authors Sherri Quiñones and Rita Kirshstein consider it a support respource for the evaluation of learning technologies in the educational domain.
http://www.qualityfoundation.org The portal of the European Foundation for Quality in eLearning (EFQUEL). Information relevant for universities can be found at http://www.eqo.info. You will find help and suggestions on designing of your e-learning projects as well as tools on quality surveillance and assurance. Registration is free of charge, but required to access all offers.
