Contents: Practical tips on the planning and performing of evaluations, information about evaluation instruments, guidelines to presentation of results and best practices of evaluation projects.

http://www.ed.gov/pubs/EdTechGuide/index.htm This handbook was created in the USA in 1998 by the mandate of the U.S. Department of Education. The authors Sherri Quiñones and Rita Kirshstein consider it as a resource of support in the evaluation of learning technologies in the educational domain.

http://www.qualityfoundation.org The portal of the European Foundation for Quality in eLearning (EFQUEL). Information relevant for universities can be found at http://www.eqo.info. You will find here help and suggestions in design of your e-learning undertakings as well as tools on quality surveillance and assurance. Registration is free of charge, but required to access all offers.
